Summons Help

After being summoned for jury service: To check the status of your reporting time and date, you will need your 6 digit juror ID number and your 5 digit electronic signature number which are located on the front of your summons in order to log onto the I-Juror website. After you have entered your personal individual numbers, the login page will also ask you to enter your date of birth. When calling in, you only need your Juror ID number.

Juror Qualification Questionnaire

After receiving your qualification questionnaire, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE JUROR QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS.
